As we approach the start of another school year, I am looking at easy quick meals. This makes for an interesting list of recipes. We will have band, football games, homework, church and all the other activities that go along with it.
My husband loves this recipe. It takes no time to make and sometimes easy and quick are the way to go!
1 package of Kielbasa (your choice), cut up into 1" slices
1/2 onion, diced
2 packages of Knorr Red Beans & Rice
Make Knorr Red Beans & Rice according to package. Add Kielbasa and onions and simmer for 10 minutes. We added French style green beans and bread and butter as sides and have a great meal that takes no time. Plus clean up is a cinch!
