Saturday was crazy. Daughter and I got up, went to library, then went to two graduation parties. Son stayed with my parents, but they met up with us at the parties. Here a few pictures.
This is Son holding our newest church member, Little A. He loves babies as long as they just sit there. She is a month old today! Isn't she adorable?
This is Miss Luisa with Daughter. Isn't she lovely? She will be two on July 4th. Her mom loves experiment with the flowers. How gorgeous!
We also went to a wedding of a co-worker of Foxy. Both the bride and groom were widdow/widdowers. They are both young and found each other. It was really nice to see. The groom's father is a minister and married them. He seemed more nervous than the couple. At the beginning, the bride and groom wrote vows for each other. The minister/father looked at the crowd that was there and stated, "The Bride and Groom are...well, they are going to do it!" We all started cracking up. The groom gave his father a dirty look. The minister then stated, that "They wrote something to each other and are going to read that first."
The minister wore a lapel mic and every time he whispered something to them, we could here what he was saying. It was pretty funny. It was a very pretty wedding with dozens upon dozens of red roses on the stage. I thought it was very pretty. The attendants were their children (all teenagers and older).
I have a new Glee quote generator on the right of my site. Check it out if you love GLEE! Thanks to Suzie Gardner from Gleeks United for getting this together! LOVE it!
Don't forget tomorrow is PINT!

Looks like you had a great weekend. That wedding sounded very sweet. Both those little girls are such cuties... :)
ReplyDeleteWhat is PINT?
Sweet baby! I love to hold and cuddle them. I love their sweet smell. But I can honestly say I am done having babies. But I do have a ton of friends who are pregnant right now and can't wait!!
ReplyDeleteWhat fun pictures. And that little baby is soooo cute! I saw the Ohio tornado devastation on the news this morning. Awful :(
ReplyDeleteWe were in a tornado warning last night. The siren went off but there wasn't one around us. It happens all the time it seems like.
ReplyDeleteOh and my favorite Nicholas Sparks book is The Choice!
That sounds like you had a great weekend! And as far as the baby pic.... AWWWW!
