Yesterday was crazy at work and home. I left at 7 am yesterday, returned home briefly and went to church and finally got home at 9:30 pm last night. Wednesdays are my notoriously long day. Dishes don't get done, but they pile up, the table has mail all over it, but at least I took time last night to fold three loads of laundry. The piles are still in the laundry basket, but it's a start.
Thursdays I ask, what havfe you enjoyed this week. I think we should all stop and smell the roses more. So, here is what I have enjoyed.
1. I have enjoyed reading all your blogs. It's fun to have new friends!
2. I have enjoyed teaching Daughter to drive. She's got a ways to go, but she is learning. She drove home in the dark last night. She did pretty well.
3. I am enjoying my book. It is by Danielle Steele and it's called Big Girl. It's really good. I have read all but one of her books and this book is in my top five of hers.
4. I am enjoying all the sunshine we have been seeing.
What are you enjoying? Let me know!
Sounds like you definitely had a crazy day!
ReplyDelete-I am enjoying my newborn's little coo's and laughs.
-I am enjoying our family walks now that the weather is warming up.
-I am enjoying my morning coffee, because without it I would be lost.
-I am enjoying my scrapping time and making more of an effort to get layouts done. I always feel better once I get creative.
I used to love reading Danielle Steele. At one time I owned all of her books. This week I have enjoyed...
ReplyDeleteThe sunshine mixed with a cool breeze. It's already 90 here. Won't be that way for long.
Have Hubs cook dinner all week, he's good at and the meals have been delicious.
Getting ready for another baseball tournament this weekend. And we are home this weekend..NO TRAVELING!!
And I haven't forgotten about my award. Going to try and put it up tomorrow.
Have a great Mother's Day!!
My daughter has to work on Mother's Day so she took me out for a special day yesterday ... manis/pedis, lunch and shopping. It was incredibly wonderful. And I'm reading "House Rules" by Jodi Picoult ... so good! And there are just not enough hours in the day to read all the great blogs out there, but I try!
ReplyDeleteLove Danielle Steele! I had 3 loads of laundry to put away this morning that I was procrastinating doing. Hate laundry!
